Project Description
In late 2022, the School District of Washington issued an RFQ for architectural and engineering services to construct an athletic support building. Due to the growth of athletic programming, the District needed a new athletic complex/concession building to support baseball and softball at the high school. After a competitive process, the district selected Performance Services to design and construct the building in 2023. The 2,000 S.F. building includes concessions, restrooms, locker rooms, and storage.
Project Highlights
The new 2,000-square-foot athletic support building included:
- Men’s and women’s restrooms
- Concession stand
- Locker room with a single restroom
- Storage garage
- Utility closet
- Mechanical/electrical/plumbing upgrades to the restrooms
- Added HVAC to heat and cool the new space
