Project Description
Noblesville Schools’ vision for a new educational service center was in the plans for over a decade. The administration previously was housed in a smaller building on Field Drive that did not accommodate their entire staff, so temporary trailers were used for staff.
The school corporation purchased a vacant, commercial building shell in Noblesville and selected Performance Services to design and delivery the project utilizing the design-build procurement method.
