Project Description
When Kenosha Unified School District chose to utilize performance contracting to renovate nine of their elementary schools to improve the mechanical systems, lighting and building envelope, they looked for an ESCO qualified provider that met technical and teaming requirements. KUSD wanted a partner that would effectively collaborate with their architect and internal facilities team. Performance Services best met their requirements for developing cost-effective solutions and brought a transparent, open book pricing process to the table. The ability to collaborate and to utilize combined strengths of the two organizations was a key component in the selection process and enabled the school district to get the most value for the budget.
