Project Description
The energy savings work on the IUPUI campus was particularly challenging. The largest measure of this work required the HVAC upgrades to be completed for a five-level office/classroom building over the three-month summer session.
“Performance Services did an excellent job in communicating with all the entities of the University in order to keep the project on schedule while considering the challenging factors of working in occupied buildings. The project manager was able to maintain a very high level of confidence that submitted schedules would be maintained and delivered spectacularly.
