Project Description
Faced with aging facilities, the East Buchanan School District selected Performance Services to implement a guaranteed energy savings project at one of their elementary schools. The project aimed to improve the learning environment for students and staff with new roof-top HVAC units that provide outside air ventilation. Additionally, the project included improvements to the principal’s office, entrance security, and an ADA-accessible ramp. Upgrades to the sporting area included a new all-weather track, a natural turf football field, and LED sports lighting.
