Taylor joined the Performance Services team in 2024. Before that, he spent seven years focused on mechanical and controls service and retrofit projects for customers in the Middle Tennessee market with Johnson Controls. Taylor managed JCI’s key accounts in Middle Tennessee and led the branch’s involvement with the Tennessee Valley Authority, earning the branch the award for the top energy rebate provider for chiller projects in Tennessee. Prior to that, he spent two years in the medical device industry in Denver, CO, before he and his family moved to Nashville, TN.
Outside of work, Taylor and his family are avid readers and enjoy playing board games, adventuring outside, and traveling any chance they get. Taylor still plays any sport he has time for, namely basketball, and has recently made his debut as a T-ball and basketball coach. He has a host of other hobbies like woodworking, cooking, music, cars, and gardening when he isn’t wrangling children. Taylor grew up in Conway, AR and enjoys following the Arkansas Razorbacks and Memphis Grizzlies.
