Saikrishna (Sai) joined the Performance Services team in 2021 as a project development engineer. For the last seven years, Sai was employed at Graphet Data Mining as a Lead Energy Engineer. He administered energy efficiency programs and delivered energy efficiency solutions for over 70 large-scale commercial and industrial facilities across the United States. As an energy champion, he engaged with key decision-makers in client facilities to baseline their current energy management practices and facilitate top-down change for energy management within the organization by developing energy policies and team charters. In the most recent two years, Sai was also an Efficiency Consulting Services Manager at Graphet Data Mining. He led a team of eight Energy Engineers to drive energy efficiency goals for utilities across the Midwest.
Outside of work, Sai is an ardent cricket follower and recently traveled to England to watch the Cricket World Cup. His perfect weekend would comprise of quality time, some Xbox, and good food. His favorite getaway spot is on a mountain top. He and his family take immense pride in volunteering with local animal rescues and are active foster parents for animals in need.
