Ron joined Performance Services in 2021. Prior to joining the team, his career included 22 years at an electric utility in power plant engineering and construction, five years as Project Manager and Operations Manager for a performance contractor, five years in healthcare engineering (MD Anderson Cancer Center), five years at Jacobs Engineering on energy efficiency projects, and most recently six years at two Austin consulting firms developing energy savings calculations and project validations for utility rebate programs as well as project development at federal facilities (US Army MedCom and GSA).
