Mike McCann joined Performance Services in 2001 as a senior project manager building on a career dedicated to K-12 schools. With 30 years of project management experience, Mike is responsible for overseeing the MEP and lighting renovation process and ensuring that the measurable goals for energy savings, the learning environment and performance guarantees are achieved. During his tenure at Performance Services, Mike has completed more than 30 school projects, including 15 dual temperature projects with 100% satisfaction. Mike has a controls background and has knowledge of multiple control systems, including the implementation of Alerton systems at five K-12 projects. Mike has also helped clients achieve the ENERGY STAR® label at three school corporations.
Mike enjoys working with the owner and contractors to keep them informed throughout the project while serving as the primary point of contact for his clients.
