Manny joined Performance Services in April 2016. Previously, he spent 10 years at Johnson Controls and is very familiar with performance contracting for K-12 schools. He has extensive experience managing control projects and successfully generating commission programs using various proprietary programming software. His background in HVAC unit repair gives him expertise beyond controls and insight into how mechanical systems work as a whole. Manny enjoys working collaboratively with subcontractors and client representatives to come up with the best possible solution for the client.
