Lisa joined the Performance Services team in 2022. For over 20 years, Lisa has worked in various aspects of Human Resources and Finance, including Training and Development, Workforce Planning, Performance Management, Compensation and Wage Structure, Labor Relations, Benefits, Accounts Payable, and Payroll Administration. Lisa is a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP), a member of the American Payroll Association as well as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). With her thirst for knowledge and belief in continuous improvement, Lisa plans on obtaining her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. For the past 7 years, she managed the payroll at KYB America’s Corporation located in Franklin, IN. Before KYB, Lisa had spent time in the Finance department at St. Vincent Heart Center in Carmel.
Outside of work, Lisa has been interested in painting decorative rocks and pour painting on canvas in hopes of creating interesting art. Lisa’s biggest passion is music. She loves to sing and has been in “Can You Rock” competitions around the Indianapolis area. Lisa and her son enjoyed trying out for the television show, The Voice, a few years ago.
