Kristin joined the Performance Services team in 2018. For the past 17 years, she has been involved in various aspects of Human Resources including training and development, talent management, workforce planning, and labor relations both in corporate and manufacturing environments. In the most recent two years, she had an opportunity to open a new digital 4.0 manufacturing facility in Columbus, IN, where she was instrumental in building the workforce of 500+ positions and office space design and construction. Prior to her career in human resources, Kristin was an elementary school teacher and spent three years in Germany teaching English and business culture training for two automotive supplier companies.
Outside of her career, Kristin and her husband have six children, five boys and the youngest a girl, which have kept them on their toes for many years. Kristin is originally from Michigan and enjoys quiet time to read and garden when she’s not the sideline cheerleader for her children’s sports and band activities.
