Koketso joined the Performance Services team in 2021. For the past six years, Koketso was employed at Willdan Energy Solutions in Plano, TX. For most of his time there, he was responsible for leading a Healthcare energy efficiency Market Transformation Program for Oncor Electric in the DFW metro and Data Center and Schools Programs for CenterPoint Energy Houston. As the Senior Project Engineer, Koketso was responsible for delivering turnkey engineering, design, and construction administration services to some of the largest Healthcare clients in Texas. Koketso was also responsible for engineering team development, including creating an educational program that equips new engineers with skills needed to perform large commercial building mechanical design, commissioning, and retro-commissioning.
Outside of work, Koketso enjoys reading, cooking, and serving as a Students & Young Adults Pastor and Ministry Leader. Both he and his wife are avid travelers who love adventure and adrenaline-filled experiences. When they are not serving at church, they try to travel and see new places both locally and internationally.
