OVERVIEW
Josh joined the Performance Services team after serving in the United States Navy as a nuclear-trained mechanic for nine years and spent almost four years on the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier. Since separating from the Navy in 2017, Josh has worked as an operator for a Renewable Natural Gas plant for about two years. For the other three and a half years, he was employed as a Site Superintendent at McKinstry. He has worked on various energy projects, including HVAC, LED lighting, plumbing, roofing, building envelope, and solar projects, including a large LED lighting and solar project at Winona State University. Josh has worked with numerous Wisconsin K-12 School Districts throughout his career.
Outside of work, Josh is a Minnesota Vikings fan and loves hunting, fishing, and cooking. He also enjoys spending time with his family and his two dogs, Top (a 12-year-old beagle mix) and Nala (a 5-month-old black lab).
