Glen joined Performance Services in 2018. He started his career as a carpenter, working in various field capacities throughout high school and college. Following college, he began his career at Shook Construction in Indianapolis, where he was assigned to the largest contract the company had ever been awarded, a $40MM state prison in Peru, IN. The project presented several challenges which allowed Glen to “cut his teeth” in Project Management. It was at that time that he decided if he made it through this adversity on his first project, project management would make a perfect career. After ten years at Shook, Glen moved to Angola, IN and accepted a position at Weigand Construction where he was for ten years. He most recently completed a two-year tenure at Mosaic Building Solutions, a smaller general contractor in Fort Wayne, where he focused on design-build projects.
Glen is a committed and proud father of three girls. He is also involved in his community and has served on various boards of directors for local non-profit organizations, in which he feels his philanthropic talents are best utilized. Glen is also a lifelong Indiana University fan, despite his Purdue degree. His hobbies include water sports, running, coaching softball, woodworking and spending time with his children.
