Job Summary:

The Performance Assurance Specialist is the primary customer service representative to all PSI customers once each project is complete. The Performance Assurance Specialist is also responsible for Building Automation System (BAS) operator training, BAS technical support, and BAS operational performance. The Performance Assurance Specialist must have excellent communication skills in order to properly explain and relate complex technical issues to customers with significantly less technical training.

Experience and Education:

• Experience acquiring and analyzing data and determining how it impacts system performance and energy conservation results.
• Experience as an HVAC control technician or BAS system operator is strongly preferred.
• Experience working in a service-oriented position is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2-year technical degree or equivalent.

Job Summary:

The Controls Project Manager position is responsible for providing field leadership on assigned temperature control projects to maintain positive customer relationships; front-line involvement with estimating and providing direct supervision to subcontractors to achieve a successful, safe project that is completed on time and within budget

Experience and Education:

• 4-year degree or industry experience equivalent
• 6-10 years in temperature controls project management or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), HVAC systems (including air and water mechanical systems), and electrical work.
• Technical aptitude along with advanced computer skills are
• Experience with AutoCAD or another engineering CAD is
• Experience as a building automation or process control engineer is

Job Summary:

The MEP BIM Coordinator leads and manages the development of the strategy and implementation of procedures in BIM and digital integration associated within the MEP department.

Experience and Education:

• Higher Education in Design or Construction related fields preferred.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in BIM leadership role within the AEC industry.
• Expert knowledge of BIM 360/ Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), management and use.
• Proficiency in BIM software programs, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, BIM360/ACC tools and workflows and Digital Twin.
• Working knowledge of Forma, Dynamo, Revit API and Enscape.

Job Summary:

The Controls Design Engineer assists in a wide variety of duties, primarily in the Energy Management Controls design and installation area.

Experience and Education:

• 4 year degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience is required.
• Technical aptitude along with advanced computer skills are required.
• Experience with AutoCAD or another engineering CAD is required.
• Experience as a building automation or process control engineer is preferred.

BDM’s will collaborate with Lead Engineers and Project Managers for the synchronized effort of all internal and external resources to accomplish business development and sales objectives.

Experience and Education:

5+ years working on project teams required. 3+ years leading project teams required. 3+ years of executive-level sales experience required. Bachelor’s degree required. 5+ years of business development experience preferred. Experience working with school corporations, specifically K-12, preferred.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing innovative and comprehensive solutions in design, energy, and performance engineering. Lead engineers work in a collaborative, team-based environment.

Experience and Education:

Minimum Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience designing traditional plan and specification projects in the HVAC industry. Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of experience performing energy engineering functions in support of performance contracting projects. BSME or BSMET from an accredited college or university. Professional Engineer registration in states where projects are conducted.

Job Summary:

Responsible for providing assistance in the estimating process to the Engineering/Estimating team. Writing and awarding contracts. Planning and scheduling proper staffing of assigned projects. Ensuring the project is constructed in accordance with the contract requirements. Maintaining excellent team communication with the client and the entire project team. Providing overall leadership to the project team to ensure a safe, profitable, and timely project completion. Providing overall contract administration throughout closeout of assigned projects.

Experience and Education:

6-10 years of experience in commercial construction; experience in the design-build methodology of project development is preferred; 4-year degree or industry experience equivalent preferred; background in educational or commercial construction.

Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting the service group in resolving EMS-related issues. Duties will include; programming, client training, troubleshooting, documenting performance, commissioning and setting up remote access communications. This position will work closely with our Engineering team assisting in analyzing facilities, developing solutions, design and drawing preparation.

Experience and Education:

A minimum of 7 years of HVAC experience as a control technician such as JCI, Siemens, Invensys, Andover, Trane, or Alerton. A background in the service industry is a plus. Experience serving K-12 schools is preferred as well as some engineering experience. A 2-year technical degree or equivalent.

Job Summary:

Performance Services is looking for an Architect for a variety of public and private architectural projects. This position involves managing the production efforts on projects/designs, “red lines,” architectural design, code evaluations, construction document drawings, site evaluations, construction administration, specifications, project meetings and presentations, and coordination with our internal engineers, project managers, and outside consultants for projects ranging from $2 million to $50 million in construction cost.

Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s in Architecture required. Minimum of 10 years of commercial building experience, architectural project management experience, architectural design experience, and construction management knowledge. Minimum two years REVIT experience. A professional license is preferred but not required.

The Systems Integrator is responsible to design, build, synthesize and implementing technological applications customized to the organization and client’s needs.

Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration or an equivalent number of years of experience is required. Applicants must have 5 years of experience with construction and controls. Need to understand end-users and service personnel needs and develop controls systems that meet these needs. Must be able to prepare designs, specifications, and test requirements for existing and new products. Must be able to optimize system designs for performance, cost, and standardization. Need to prepare and track expense budgets for assigned projects and personnel.
