Experience and Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance or relevant work experience is required
  • Background in construction accounting is preferred but not required
  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Extensive experience with Excel, PowerBI, and other Microsoft applications is preferred
  • Experience with Timberline Software or other accounting platforms is a plus.

Job Summary:

The Performance Assurance Specialist is the primary customer service representative to all PSI customers once each project is complete. The Performance Assurance Specialist is also responsible for Building Automation System (BAS) operator training, BAS technical support, and BAS operational performance. The Performance Assurance Specialist must have excellent communication skills in order to properly explain and relate complex technical issues to customers with significantly less technical training.

Experience and Education:
  • Experience acquiring and analyzing data and determining how it impacts system performance and energy conservation results.
