Diane joined Performance Services in 2017. For the past 25 years, she was the Office Manager/EAA for a family owned insurance/financial services agency. This position provided her with the ability to utilize her skills but also provided the needed flexibility to raise four very active children.
Her oldest daughter works at Roche and has blessed Dianne with her two grandchildren, ages 12 and 10. Her older son is the Digital Marketing Manager for the Indiana Pacers/Fever. Her younger son is the People Advisory Services Manager with Ernst & Young. Last, but certainly not least, her youngest daughter is a student/swimmer at the University of Akron, due to graduate in May. Much of her enjoyment is in spending time with her children and grandchildren.
When asked where she is from, Dianne tends to chuckle. Her father was a 34-year Marine veteran, which created the opportunity to experience life growing up in 9 different states. She is an active swimmer with a local masters swim team. She enjoys working out, gardening and just about anything outdoors.
