David joined the Performance Services team in 2022. Before that, David worked for Keller Development Incorporated as a Superintendent. At Keller Development Inc., he led a multimillion-dollar project converting an old school building into senior and multi-family housing units. He also teamed with others for the building and development of two multi-family complexes in the northern Indiana region.
Prior to his years with Keller Development Inc., David worked as a foreman and Safety Director for Dancer Concrete Design. As a foreman, David led crews on commercial and residential projects, including the Fort Wayne TinCaps stadium, the Auburn Duesenberg Museum, and the Fort Wayne Prairie Farms Dairy Inc. building. As Safety Director, he collaborated with the company owner to develop the safety program and implement routine safety meetings featuring Tool Box Talks and demonstrations.
Outside of work, he and his family enjoy trips to the zoo, enjoying state parks, and being active at church. He also enjoys rebuilding small engines in his spare time.
