David joined Performance Services in 2018. For the past 4 years David was employed at Salter Construction Inc. in Conway, Arkansas. David was a project manager for Salter and was responsible for ground up construction projects which ranged from athletic fields, restaurant construction, medical office construction, and multifamily housing. David’s main focus for the past three years has been working with land developers to build apartment complexes throughout the state of Arkansas. Prior to his time with Salter Construction Inc., he worked for CDI Contractors, LLC, out of Little Rock, Ark. While at CDI David worked on LEED projects and university projects which have provided him with controls and energy savings experience. David is a LEED GA and has a CSI-CDT certification. Prior to working for Salter Construction & CDI, David owned his own business as a specialty trades contractor for 12 years.
David and his wife of 14 years, Karla, have two children. He is a diehard LSU Tiger’s fan, having attended LSU and been a part of LSU’s Tiger band as a saxophone player. David is a musician and plays the piano, guitar, saxophone, & oboe. His hobbies include writing and recording music with his children, hiking with his family, and exercising. David loves spending time with his family outdoors as much as possible.
