David joined Performance Services in 2019 and has years of experience in the mechanical, electrical and plumbing industries including building automation system upgrades, stand-by emergency power systems, chiller plant power plant upgrades and replacements, and lighting retrofits in facilities including Class A office buildings, healthcare new construction and remodels, hospitals, medical office buildings, and skilled nursing units. He holds an associate degree in engineering technology, an AET Project Management Certification, and has completed OSHA 30 certification.
David and his wife have four children and live in The Woodlands, TX. His hobbies include being a member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, team cooking competitions, playing golf, and cheering on the Houston Astros baseball and Texas A&M football.
