Dale has 40 years of experience in the HVAC construction industry. He has extensive estimating background on mechanical projects and as a project manager. He is certified with many manufacturers to service and start up equipment including Mitsubishi Multi City equipment, Dunn & Bush and McQuay chillers, Trane, Carrier equipment and many others. Specific to detention facilities, Dale has experience with construction and inspection of different plumbing fixtures to meet code and that are inmate destructive proof. He has experience with cell installation and metal ceilings, burglar bars installed in tunnels and mechanical passageways to prevent inmate access.
Dale is from Valparaiso, Indiana. He has been married to Janet for over 45 years. They have two boys who both work in construction. Dale likes to hunt and fish in his spare time. He loves to watch sports and play basketball.
