Cole originally joined the Performance Services in May of 2018 as an intern but came aboard full time in August. For the past two years, Cole was employed by Hargrave Builders and worked as a technology specialist, assisting the foreman and learning the Procore program. As a subcontractor, Cole also worked on past Performance Services projects for the Glenbard school district.
Cole is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Construction Management at McHenry County Community College. He also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design from Harper College. He would like to complete an MBA in the next five years.
Cole lives in Marengo, Illinois and loves traveling to Wisconsin to bass fish in the Minocqua area. While on the water, he also enjoys tubing and recently tried skiing for the first time. He looks forward to visiting his brother who recently moved to Colorado.
