Bruce joined Performance Services in 2012, bringing with him extensive experience in HVAC systems design for education, healthcare and municipal markets. His previous 27 years of project experience consisted of working with consulting engineering firms and architectural/engineering firms to prepare bidding and construction documents for mechanical building systems. Bruce’s design experience has also included design-build projects, engineering reports and building system surveys. The types of projects he has been involved with include more than 100 new construction, major additions and renovations in K-12 school buildings, college and university buildings, commercial buildings, municipal facilities and healthcare facilities. Since coming to the team, Bruce has been involved with more than a dozen K-12 public school guaranteed energy savings projects.
Bruce enjoys the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial and team-based environment and one in which he would have ownership of his design from concept to commissioning. When not at work, Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and attends the many track meets, swim meets and soccer games that his children participate in. He has been active in youth club soccer as a team manager.
