Bert joined the Performance Services team in 2021 with over 21 years of industry and construction management experience. For the previous six years, he was employed at NORESCO, where he managed federal and state correction facilities and federal hospital projects. Prior to that, Bert worked for Honeywell Building Solutions and managed building automation projects in both the Kentucky and Southern Ohio markets. Preceding his project management roles, he spent ten years in the construction field, starting as an HVAC mechanic and eventually progressing to a Superintendent role. Bert is also a veteran in the U.S. Navy, where he was stationed in Norfolk, VA, for four years.
Bert is a lifelong Cincinnati Red and Tennessee Volunteers fan. Outside of work, he loves woodworking, fishing, and hunting. He also enjoys practicing and coaching sports with his sons.
