Tricia joined the Performance Services team in 2023. Tricia spent 13 years working for Carmel Clay Schools. She served in various roles early on and has most recently served as the Administrative Assistant to both the Associate Principal and the Assistant Principal of Curriculum at Carmel High School. While supporting both administrators daily and maintaining a busy office, she also coordinated Advanced Placement testing for the high school. This involved planning for and administering over 4,000 tests to 2,000 students. She enjoyed the busy office environment and interacting with administrators, teachers, students, staff, and parents. Before working at CHS, she worked in customer service, recruiting, and sales positions before staying at home to raise her family.
Outside of work, Tricia enjoys traveling and reading/listening to audiobooks when time allows. She is an avid baker and enjoys trying new recipes. Her chocolate chip cookies are a specialty. She also tries her hand at furniture rehabs and DIY projects to help her daughters decorate their apartments on a budget.
