Rod joined the Performance Services team in 2023. Rod has worked in the MEP construction industry for the past 20 years. After college at Ball State, he owned a mechanical construction company in Richmond, IN. After nine years, the business was sold to DEEM LLC, where Rod worked as an Estimator and Project Manager. While at DEEM, he successfully ran satellite offices in Richmond, IN, and Tampa, FL.
Outside of work, Rod and his family enjoy anything that requires being outdoors and spending time with family in the area.
