Rick joined the Performance Services team in 2023. His career started 28 years ago as a Union Drywall Taper with John Bender Drywall. After 21 years of meeting every deadline on budget, he took this knowledge to the next level and moved into a Superintendent position with Knoebel Construction. Rick worked on small to medium-sized retail projects. His passion then turned into a desire to enhance his knowledge and be part of the design-build side of construction. Five years later, he started at Lawrence Group to become a design and build Superintendent. Working in St. Louis, Louisville, Minneapolis, and Oklahoma markets, he completed many projects.
Outside of work, Rick is a repeat National Offshore Boat Racing Champion and part owner of C&R Motorsports, a company that does motorsport charity events to help create Cancer Awareness.
