With 20 years of diverse experience supporting executives across industries like technology, education, healthcare, and retail, Rhonda embodies dedication and resilience. She spent twelve transformative years as a Senior Executive Assistant at Sears Holdings, where she empowered the leadership team and managed a call center of over 2,000 agents. At Cox Automotive, she thrived for 8 years as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, skillfully guiding the company through three major office relocations and upgrades. Most recently, Rhonda’s journey took her to Dell Medical School at The University of Texas, where she worked as an Executive Assistant and Contract Specialist for four impactful years.
