Rebecca joined the Performance Services team in 2024. She is a Wisconsin native who grew up in central WI, went to college in Milwaukee, and now has lived in Green Bay for over 20 years. She is an Architect who has focused her career on education. Over the course of her 25+ year career, she has not only fostered healthy learning environments but has spent over 10 years teaching. She has always been motivated by the occupants of the space and interested in how the built environments aid in the success of those occupants. Her career began with learning about various other areas of architecture but she is genuinely motivated by the learning and transition one can make in a school environment. Rebecca also has extensive experience in higher education but has become focused on the K-12 environment as this can aid in the process of lifelong learning. She is an ALEP, which is an Associate for Learning Environments Professional, LEED AP, and licensed Architect. She has led the architecture work for many successful referendums throughout the country, with a primary focus in the Midwest. One of the most memorable locations was Hawaii, where she was able to learn about the communities of Hawaii and appreciate more than the tourism environment, which is presented to most people. She believes that all students deserve healthy and safe environments that support learning.

Outside of work, she enjoys experimenting with different pizza recipes, hiking, and skiing with her family.
