Kasia joined the Performance Services team in 2025. She has been a vital part of the architecture industry for over 17 years. Prior to joining Performance Services, she was a key contributor to MOA Architecture’s success for the past 12. She excels at balancing design creativity with technical precision to bring her clients’ visions to life. She is also adept at business development, having played a key role in securing projects and building strong client relationships throughout her career. In her previous role, she led the design and delivery of numerous successful K-12 projects for a variety of Colorado school districts, ranging from urban to rural settings. One of her most impactful projects was the Traverse Academy, a first-of-its-kind school in Colorado dedicated to providing mental health support for students. This innovative facility helps students facing a mental health crisis transition back into a traditional classroom setting.

Kasia is passionate about fostering a collaborative environment where teams of architects, engineers, and contractors can excel together. She holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is also an active member of the American Institute of Architects and the Association for Learning Environments.
