Braden joined the Performance Services team in 2023. Before that, he spent three years at Signature Construction. For the first year, Braden was an Assistant Superintendent in Austin, Texas and Charlotte, North Carolina, building apartment complexes. In the most recent two years, Braden was promoted to Superintendent. He had been running a $52 million complex in Port Royal, South Carolina, that includes 14 apartment buildings split into two separate phases. The first phase of the job was tax credit apartments, which involved very stringent standards and testing per the state, and the second was standard market-rate apartments.
Braden is a lifelong Purdue fan, raised in a family that bleeds gold and black. Outside of work, he loves to spend time at the beach or the lake and loves to be outdoors.
