Bill joined the Performance Services team in 2024. Prior to that he spent ten years as a Project Manager/Owner’s Representative for Tennessee Tech University. During this time, he managed small local projects and large CMGC projects exceeding 70 million dollars. Bill has completed approximately 200 million dollars in projects. These include the Ashraf Islam Engineering Building, Marc L. Burnett Student Rec Center, Campus Wide Parking, and Transportation Upgrade Project, as well as many others.
Bill is a lifelong motorsports enthusiast who retired from driving SCCA formula cars after 12 years. Current interests include fishing, storytelling, astrophotography, and traveling with his wife. Bill and his wife have visited all the lower 48 states and 20 countries together.
