Tim joined the Performance Services team in 2024. Tim was employed at Cordogan Clark as an Associate Vice President. He has spent his 24-year career building strong relationships with federal, state, county, municipal, and correctional clients. He designed and managed many of the firm’s signature municipal and corrections projects. Recent work includes a $52 million regional juvenile justice facility in Lincoln, Illinois, designed to reduce the harm in incarceration through trauma-sensitive, normalized design and a $28 million fire department headquarters for the City of Aurora, Illinois, including a state-of-the-art emergency operations center and training facility.
Tim and his entire family are die-hard Packer fans, originating from Wisconsin. Outside of work, he enjoys CrossFit, Olympic lifting, and the sound of Chelsea Dagger at a Chicago Blackhawks game.
