Terry Davis

Terry joined the Performance Services team in 2024. He has over 36 years of experience in operations, maintenance, and construction. In his previous role, he served as the Chief Operations Officer for Littleton Public Schools. During that time, he oversaw all phases of operations, transportation, and construction and led four bonds totaling $600 million. He is a past president of the Colorado Association of School Business Officials (2019/2020) and board of directors for the Colorado School Plant Managers Association.
