Paul joined the Performance Services team in 2024. He is a retired superintendent with over 35 years of experience in Texas public schools. During that time, he has served in various roles, including classroom teacher, coach, assistant principal and principal, state and federal programs director, assistant superintendent and superintendent. He retired in January 2023 after serving his last eight years as Superintendent of Schools for Florence Independent School District.
