Will has been in the construction industry for 18 years in various capacities including estimating, project management, superintendent and business development. For the past seven years, Will was employed at CDI Contractors in Little Rock, AR as a business development representative. During that time, Will was the top business development representative at the company for each of his seven years. In that time, he introduced a host of new clients to the company in multiple vertical market segments such as education, retail, industrial, healthcare, and office. Will was a key part of growing the company from $100 million annual revenue in his first year to almost $300 million in his final year with CDI Contractors. He has a passion for solving problems and finding the best construction and renovation solutions for clients.
Will and his wife of 18 years have five children. He was born and raised in central Arkansas where he grew up raising beef cows with his parents and brother. He is a lifelong Arkansas Razorbacks fan and enjoys cheering for his kids in everything that they do. He and his family spend any free time they have outdoors hunting, fishing or floating/kayaking rivers in Arkansas.
