Will has been a construction professional for 24 years in various capacities, including estimating or pre-construction, project management, superintendent, and business development. For the last six years with Performance Services, Will has served K-12 school districts throughout Arkansas. During that time, he helped all of those districts reduce costs and save money, improve facilities, and, most importantly, improve the learning environment for the students. Will takes a client-focused approach with all of the districts that he serves. This approach has allowed him to secure almost $44,000,000 worth of facility upgrades with many different districts. This includes districts contracting for multiple phases.
Prior to his employment with Performance Services, Will worked as a construction manager. This experience has given him invaluable knowledge of how companies work and serve their clients. It has also given him a unique perspective on how Performance Services can and does serve his clients remarkably better. As a construction manager, his client-first approach was still his offering to his clients. Again, his approach helped him achieve success across multiple vertical markets, including education, healthcare, industrial, and retail. His efforts helped his company realize tremendous growth, from $100 million at his start to over $300 million at his leaving.
Will was born and raised in central Arkansas, where he grew up raising beef cows with his parents and brother. He spent four years in southeast Arkansas at the University of Arkansas, Monticello, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness. Upon graduation, Will spent two years at the University of Arkansas, where he studied for a master’s degree in Crop, Soil, and Environmental Science. Since then, he has dedicated his life’s work in construction to helping customers get the best value on all of their projects.
Will and his wife of 25 years have five children. He is a lifelong Arkansas Razorbacks fan, but more importantly, he enjoys cheering for his kids in everything that they do. He and his family spend any free time they have outdoors hunting, fishing, or floating/kayaking rivers in Arkansas.
