Before joining Performance Services, Nicole built an impressive career at Johnson Controls. Her exceptional contributions were consistently recognized, earning her the prestigious Open Globe President’s Club for several consecutive years. This achievement speaks to her expertise, dedication, and ability to drive meaningful impact for her clients.
Among her many accomplishments, one of Nicole’s standout projects involved securing a highly competitive Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Grant for a South Carolina-based school district. Awarded by the U.S. Department of Justice, this grant provided essential funding for enhanced security solutions across the District’s nine schools and ancillary buildings. This achievement underscores her relentless commitment to client success and community safety.
