Donnie joined the Performance Services team in 2023. He has been in the construction industry since 2015, when he was asked to lead the sales and operations of a glass and metal subcontractor in Chicago, IL. He started as the VP of Sales & Operations, advancing in time to become the company’s Chief Operating Officer. While there, Donnie led successful campaigns to overhaul the organization’s operational framework, setting the company up for greater compliance, growth, and scalability. He also oversaw the company’s rebranding efforts, including developing and deploying brand assets and strategy. Donnie’s efforts led to continuous growth in sales and operations until his departure.
Outside of work, he can be found spending time with his family, chasing his kids around the house, and playing with the family dog. Donnie is an avid reader and enjoys fishing, hiking, traveling, and all things outdoors. He also volunteers as a Head Coach for the Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church Basketball League.
