Blaine joined the Performance Services team in 2024. While having over seven years of experience in the energy industry, for the last two years, Blaine was employed by Centrica Business Solutions. In his time at Centrica, he focused on selling bundled energy solutions through performance contracting to local governments in the Illinois market. Through building relationships and developing trust with customers, he was able to secure the largest municipal customer in company history for the State of Illinois with a total project value of over $10M. He also navigated and secured approval from the state and federal historic preservation agencies involved in the design and review process for the historic window replacement aspect of the project.
He is an avid sports fan. Having grown up in the St. Louis area, he is a lifelong Cardinals fan. Outside of work, he loves to stay active, enjoying most sports, but basketball remains his favorite. He also enjoys spending quality time with his two nephews and the rest of his family.
