Indianapolis, IN. Performance Services was recently named one of the Best Places to Work in Indiana, placing in the Top 10 for large companies of 250-999 employees. This 19th annual program was created by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. The final ranking list can be found here.
This statewide survey and awards program is designed to identify, recognize, and honor the participating employers in Indiana with the leading workplace cultures. This year’s list is made up of 193 companies.
To participate in the Best Places to Work program, Performance Services received an in-depth evaluation identifying strengths and weaknesses according to our employees. The rankings of each company that participated were determined through employer reports and comprehensive anonymous employee surveys.
