Houston, Texas. Performance Services is pleased to announce the addition of Jeffrey H. Chapman, AIA as the new Texas Principal Architect – Project Development Leader. Jeffrey will develop new construction and renovation projects for Texas K-12 school districts. Before joining Performance Services, Chapman served as Chief Process Officer and Principal Architect for PBK in Houston.

Jeffrey has been working in educational architecture in some capacity since he graduated from Texas A&M in 2006. His passion for providing first-class learning environments was fueled by attending windowless schools in his youth. His resume includes, but is not limited to, the following highlights:

  • Designed nearly $1.5 billion in educational construction projects.
  • Led design efforts on 20 high school campuses, including four new high schools, and contributed to an additional campus.
  • Contributed to four CTE centers in Texas and over 20 different CTE facilities in the Houston area.
  • Led design efforts on five elementary schools and contributed to three others.
  • Led design efforts on four intermediate/junior high schools and contributed to two additional campuses.
  • Led master planning exercises for multiple districts, resulting in the passing of over $3 billion in bond referendums.
