Elkhart County, Indiana. Groundbreaking for Elkhart County’s new Consolidated Courts Campus occurred today at 12:00 noon Eastern Time. The new $93.9 million campus is being built on a 32-acre at 1905 Reliance Road, Goshen, Indiana. The target completion date is set for June 2024.
