Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
- Review, inspect, and assess the performance of complex HVAC systems and various BAS systems.
- Commission and optimize all building systems for peak performance.
- Perform on-line and on-site trouble shooting of building performance problems throughout the term of the performance agreement.
- Set up remote access to BAS systems along with appropriate reporting and alarm functions.
- Work with others in the Performance Assurance group to ensure that all BAS functions are in place to properly monitor and evaluate the energy performance of the systems.

Working Conditions
- Office functions will primarily be performed at PSI’s main business office.
- Onsite system optimization, owner meetings and training presentations are an essential part of this position and will occur frequently.
- Work hours vary based on workload but should average 45-50 hours per week.
- Some overnight travel will be required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience acquiring and analyzing data and determining how it impacts system performance and energy conservation results.
- Experience as an HVAC control technician or BAS system operator is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in a service-oriented position is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2-year technical degree or equivalent.
