Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
Planning- Lead on defining the critical path, key milestones, and timeline from initial planning to election day for multiple and simultaneous planning projects.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items for strategy meetings.
- Organize logistics for community meetings, as requested.
- Coordinate the logistical startup paperwork and strategic needs of Political Action Committees (PACs) involved in related campaign efforts.
- Synthesize assessment data from multiple disciplines to provide timely input and recommendations to internal team members to guide the process.
- Possess an understanding of state school finance election rules.
- Assist with project coordination tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and maintaining project files and documentation based on PSI standards.
- Coordinate with financial analysts and ensure distribution of findings to the internal team.
- Coordinate with community engagement specialists and assist with community sessions.
- Coordinate with demographers, if needed, and ensure distribution of findings to the team.
- Coordinate tasks and schedules with specialized marketing team members.
- Research and gather information on project needs, client needs, and competitor offerings.
- Support engagement initiatives with internal teams (and external, when needed) to ensure cohesive execution across all touchpoints.
- Manage correspondence and communications related to referendum initiatives, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups to the support team.
- Provide input on overall strategy and per school as a part of the effort.
- Assist with creation of presentations that support community engagement and other efforts.
- Assist in coordinating marketing materials in collaboration with the specialized marketing team with deadlines, input on strategy and timeline for milestones and deliverables.
- Support community engagement efforts by handling planning and logistic aspects of public meetings and outreach programs.

Working Conditions
- Job functions will be performed throughout PSI business offices.

Minimum Qualifications
Education/Experience- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or demonstrated project management experience.
- Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management applications.
- Understanding of facility assessments, master planning processes, and Texas Government Code.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to think strategically.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- Capable of independently managing multiple projects with a proactive mindset.
