Project Description
Paris Independent Schools serves approximately 3,700 students at eight schools. Partnering with Performance Services in 2019, the District sought a guaranteed energy savings contract to improve their facilities. The district recognized a need to address their aging and inefficient systems and provide a more optimal learning environment for students. In an effort to reduce energy costs, Performance Services implemented a district-wide LED lighting upgrade. In addition, 382 HVAC units were installed across the District to provide a more comfortable learning environment for students. The project was completed in the Summer 2020.
