Project Description
Fayette County School Corporation was looking for ways to further reduce their energy costs and decided to install a 1 MW solar energy system at Connersville High School. The Corporation worked with Performance Services and 3,508 solar panels were installed on the ground that produce 1,292 kW-DC annually of clean, renewable energy that offset the energy usage of the high school building. The solar power system was completed and energized in March 2019.
