Chris joined the Performance Services team in 2021 with over 20 years of experience. For the past 22 years, Chris’ career included performance contracting as well as construction management and general contracting. Chris was employed at Unicom/Exelon, Ameresco, and CTS Group for over 18 years, focusing on performance contracting and design/build projects. He was also employed at Mazur and Son Construction for over 3 years focusing on renovations as well as ground-up construction projects. For most of his career, Chris has been a Senior Project Manager in both the Illinois and Indiana markets and has been involved with projects totaling well over $200M in several markets, including municipal, educational with both K-12 and higher education, religious, DOD, and DOE.
Outside of work, Chris and his wife are huge sports fans. They have attended hundreds of professional games in Chicago, including the Bears, Cubs, Sox, Bulls, and Blackhawks. Additionally, Chris enjoys traveling, home improvement, woodworking, bicycling, camping, gardening, landscaping, home audio, vehicle detailing and modifications, music, and movies.
