Karen joined the Performance Services team in 2020. Karen began working in the water industry for Ferguson Waterworks, Inc., located in Dallas, Texas. During her 19 years with Ferguson, her duties included supplying and servicing clients with their water utility supply needs. Karen helped develop the first phase of “Ferguson Online,” a resource for materials ordering & warehouse/project management. Once developed, Karen grew online sales and expanded Texas’s client inventory tracking programs. By the end of the third year, Texas online sales grew to over $250 million and secured several city contracts for sole source supplies. During her last five years at Ferguson, Karen was promoted to Ferguson’s Meter Division. She focused on automated metering and smart city technology and led her team in AMR/AMI system sales and implementation for two years.
