Trent joined the Performance Services team in 2025 after retiring with 32 years of education experience. He started his education career as a Math and Science teacher before becoming an Assistant Principal and Principal of both a Middle School and High School. He ended his career serving the last 13 years as the Marshall County School District Superintendent. Upon retirement, Trent became the Marshall County Market President for FNB Bank.

Trent enjoys spending time with his family, being involved with his church, and officiating sports.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Math Education with a minor in Physics, a master’s degree in education and a Rank I in Educational Leadership with a Superintendent endorsement from Murray State University.
