A Multi-Phase Approach to Classroom Transformation
Nestled in the heart of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, Glen Ellyn School District serves a thriving student population dedicated to academic excellence. As a district committed to providing safe, efficient, and inspiring learning environments, school leaders recognized the need to address aging infrastructure. With outdated roofing, mechanical systems, and classrooms in need of modernization, the district sought a trusted partner to help them enhance their facilities while ensuring responsible use of resources.
Since 2020, Glen Ellyn Schools has embarked on an ambitious journey to upgrade its buildings through a six-phase improvement plan. Spanning across five schools, the district prioritized essential infrastructure upgrades to enhance comfort, efficiency, and sustainability for students and staff. Through these improvements, Glen Ellyn Schools has achieved annual guaranteed energy and operational savings of $784,066, demonstrating both fiscal responsibility and environmental stewardship. By taking a proactive and strategic approach to facility improvements, the district is ensuring that its students and staff have the resources they need to thrive for years to come.
